Sun rises on new project

The launch of ‘Kanika Sunrise’ is now official as ground is broken on the Sunrise site and the first footings will be laid in May 2012 for this prestigious new residential scheme. To herald this first stage of development, prospective owners are invited to take a site tour and to inspect the plans of the eleven apartments.

Located in Ayios Athanasios, an elite residential area of Limassol, Kanika Sunrise is the newest project on the books of Kanika Developments. The project’s modern architecture is designed to the highest contemporary standards and comprises 11 apartments of 1, 2, or 3 bedrooms.

Buyers can contact the business development manager allocated to Kanika Sunrise, Mr Aristos Eliades, to arrange appointments and to discuss off-plan specifications and finance. Aristos advises, “This is a prime opportunity for those who want to put their own stamp on their new home to get involved right at the start. Buying off-plan allows people to pick out all finishes and installations such as kitchens, flooring, bathroom fixtures and even fitted furniture. Our interior designers can style homes according to people’s taste - it makes all the difference to owners feeling at home.”

Of the eleven apartments, those on the ground floor have private landscaped gardens whereas the penthouse features two exceptionally large verandas and a roof garden to enjoy outdoor living. All the properties have large balconies, allocated covered private parking and storage room for each home-owner. Aristos points out, “As well as spacious accommodation, each apartment benefits from spectacular views over the city and the Mediterranean Sea. Now the site has started, viewers are able to understand the reality of the location and the position of each residence, making selection easier.”

The Kanika Sunrise project sits alongside two other completed Kanika Development schemes, Ayios Athanasios Residence, a luxury apartment block, and Ayios Athanasios Hills, a site of 34 homes. All are a 5 minute drive from Limassol’s main amenities and 10 minutes from the beachfront tourist area and the city centre. To leave Limassol, the motorway network leading to Paphos, Larnaca and the Troodos Mountains can be accessed in 2 minutes. To work at the Larnaca airport conference facility, the commute is 30 minutes. As such, Kanika Sunrise makes everyday living not only remarkably comfortable but also practical and easy.
